Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Great area for walking or hiking. Beautiful scenery. Great location. Swimming pools and spas.

This is the best area you could live in. There is a cross at the end of a walking trail on top of mountain. It was a 45 minutes to walk up. At night it lights up the sky.

I own and live here, I have great neighbors,and our office staff is always helpful for any concerns, that might arise, the grounds are well maintained

Conveniently located near palm desert and El paseo but off the path enough to avoid heavy traffic. Beautiful view. Hike in your backyard.

It's nice, & mostly, quiet!. They bug u a little, but, I guess that goes w. The HOH Territory!. We've been there 10 yrs.
