As a current resident, I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is well maintained and welcoming. Tiana is always helpful and quick to handle any issues. Laura is very friendly and does a great job organizing community events and food truck scheduling. Jay and Austin are reliable and always ready to fix any maintenance issues. Brian does an excellent job making sure the clubhouse is well taken care of. I’d also like to thank the rest of the team for their hard work in making this a great place to live.

I have been living at Indian Creek for about 1.5 years and our experience with the staff has been incredible. In particular, Tyahna (assistant manager) and Jay (maintenance) have gone above in beyond on several occasions. Tyahna helped us find a slightly larger unit after initially leasing an apartment, and she has been super responsive whenever we had any questions. She has always addressed our requests in a timely manner, and thanks to her help we are really happy with our new home! Jay from maintenance has been our go-to guy since moving to Indian Creek, and beyond being a genuine and really nice person he has managed to fix all the issues in our prior unit typically within 24 hours. I don't know the men that were driving the snow plows but my heartfelt thanks and appreciation. the weather was terrible and the first time I saw them they cleared the driveway and by the time they drove away it was already covered. They came back two more times and when it finally stopped snowing our walkways and driveways were cleared enough that if necessary we could all get out. Again a sincere thank you.

Indian Creek Luxury Rentals is truly exceptional. The community is beautifully maintained thanks to the outstanding work of Blaire Meyer and her team. The landscaping is always pristine, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are top-notch—sports courts, playgrounds, a gorgeous pool, even a bar! It’s pet-friendly, secure, and genuinely feels like a luxury resort. We couldn’t be happier living here!
