My family and I recently moved into Independence in Dixon Rental Homes Community and we couldn’t be happier. The community is warm, inviting, and very spacious, and the move-in process was incredibly fast and smooth. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I was invited to tour the community and even offered a second tour so my husband could see where we would be living, which really meant a lot to us. Living here honestly feels like a resort. The heated pool is amazing and the hot tub is the cherry on top. Our two-car garage is perfect, and the maintenance team is always on top of things—making sure we have access to the mail room, gates, and everything we need. We had such a wonderful experience touring this apartment complex! Trina was absolutely fantastic! She guided us through the tour with incredible patience, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm. She made us feel completely welcome, answered every question thoughtfully, and went out of her way to ensure we had all the information we needed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Faith, who was also amazing, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The whole staff is clearly kind, attentive, and goes out of their way to make residents and visitors feel comfortable. The community has such a welcoming feel, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Honestly, we would 1000% recommend this place! Everything was presented beautifully, and you could really see the attention to detail in all the high-end finishes and “fancy” touches throughout the unit. We had an amazing experience contracting our beautiful apartment at Independence in Dixon. Faith an Trina were both wonderful! Faith in particular was awesome, she went out of her way (more than once) helping us find the right fit for our family and our needs. She has always been prompt in answering our texts and emails and our numerous questions and inquiries and provided us with all the necessary information and clarifications.
