Independence Builders (aka Slade Sikes) recently built a custom home on property we already owned. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home - whether on your own land or not. Saying they did an incredible job is an understatement. They performed quality work at a more than fair price. Slade is very easy to work with and get in contact with. He's very responsive to you. And he's one of the few builders in Liberty County who will build a custom home on your own lot. When searching for a builder, it was very difficult to find a builder to build our home plan on our land. Most builders we contacted wouldn't even consider building on your land.
