Incline Property Management

A group of workers were using blowers and cleaning on southwood & oriole as I was using the sidewalk to get to work, they continued to blow all kinds of pine needles & dirt my direction, mind you they all saw me as I walked by, i immediately had to walk back up and go home and rinse my eyes out because of how bad the pain was from dirt getting into my eyes & as I’m walking back up I see that they stopped using their blowers while another lady passed by, the pain in my left eye is still bad , the feeling of something sharp scratching near my pupil all because I kept getting trash blown onto me. I walk this way to work everyday and have never experienced anything like this at all.

the team at IPM has been very responsive and pleasant to work with over the past 10+ years. As managers of the HOA for the Tahoe Racquet Club I find their communications are always clear and the staff is pleasant to talk to. Heidi in particular was very helpful this week with a complex issue we were facing with the Washoe County STR department... she helped us avoid a big setback with our annual permit by responding quickly/accurately. thank you!

The worst HOA management company I've ever dealt with by far. Completely unresponsive, derelict in their duties, and useless. Not to mention expensive. One other condo HOA I'm part of moved from IPM to another company and immediately the ownership experience improved by an order of magnitude. Emails were answered, routine issues were addressed. Imagine that.

This HOA towed my car that was in front of my home. The towing company they use charges twice as much then other companies. The HOA rep who was driving black charger sat and watched the car being towed and laughed. This car makes a livelihood for someone and she thought it was funny. What kind of person does that. They didn't tow a truck that sat across the street with a flat tire for over two months. These people think they're god. Karma will come back to mean people.

We live in Third Creek and want to say that the team that works on our property are amazing. No matter how deep the snow is, we can count on Chayo and Edgar to make us feel safe in our home. My driveway is always clear when I go out. Thank you for having such an amazing team, who are very hard working and friendly.
