We had a great experience of both selling and buying a home with the help of Devin Murphy and his team. Devin is a local who knows the area well and just an overall nice guy. Both him and his partner, Alex, have a laid back vibe to not add stress but they also will have your back and look out for your best interests. We had more of a deadline to sell our home and with their help we had lots of showings and sold for a price that met our hopes in the timeframe needed. They also make the process very easy to understand and answered all my questions if you are like me and have no experience with ever owning/buying a home. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to take that first step into buying or selling their home.

Edee Campbell was phenomenal with the sale of our property. We are out of state, she has excellent resources for contractor work, stagers, Title, etc. We had a difficult experience with the buyers' lender, however Edee fought for us throughout and we had a successful close of escrow. Edee is very knowledgeable and has excellent negotiating skills, you want her on your side!
