Don't Do It! I’m an easy mark for them. I’m a widow in my 70’s who bought an INB home for a fresh start. Sadly, I was met with bullying tactics so alarming that I had to hire an attorney to protect my warranty rights. You’re not immune. Bullying and intimidation are how INB operates. You may be OK as long as you never file a warranty claim - the warranty they make you pay $600 for. But something will go wrong and you’ll need to. When I moved in on 12/26, the master toilet was making a sick gurgling sound and wouldn’t drain. Sensing that a warranty claim during the holidays could be troublesome, I waited until 12/30. On 12/31, INB’s Warranty Mgr replied: “It is the holiday so I am sure they are currently handling emergencies only. I am out of the office on vacation until Thurs (01/ 2) a
