We couldn't be happier. Ed Thompson showed up on sked, explained everything he was going to do, completed the inspection, and sent the full final report the very next day. When he was done, he explained everything that needed attention. We asked for the inspection before a new roof was to be insstalled. So he returned after the new roof was on, and then prepared and sent the final 4-point and 5-point inspection reports. Was in need of a home inspection and contacted Mr. Thompson by email. He was at my home the next day at agreed upon time and proceeded to do a 4 point inspection.
