If you're in the market to sell your house Geraldine is the best real estate agent to deal with. Works hard and smart and knows the business better than most. Would give her 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend if you're selling or buying a house in her area.

After going through the home buying experience six times Geraldine is the absolute best realtor you could ever ask for. Anybody can show you a house but her knowledge of how to get through a closing in Florida is amazing. She is a straight shooter, communicates clearly and if you choose her as your realtor do everything she says!

we rented 811 Oleander Circle for the month of November 2015. I would not recommend this house. Everything in this house was very old and dated. 1 tv, volume did not work, no clocks, no radios, no patio furniture, no dvd player or any kind of entertainment was available, two old bicycles in shed with shredded tires,kitchen was really lacking in various utensils or any small kitchen appliances, not even a can opener. Our experience there made our mind up to buy a piece of property elsewhere in Florida. The staff at Barefoot Bay Realty, was very nice and helpful. I am sure there are other place to rent in Barefoot Bay, but if you want any kind of comfort and a way to feel at home away from home, 811 Oleander Circle is not the place!! In fact we left after just 3 weeks there.
