Todd is the man. I appreciate the maintenance crew for helping me out free of charge when I had a flat tire. My morning started off rough when you see that before going to work but thankful for the front desk and Todd for getting his hands dirty in my time of need. I have lived here for a year and half and I appreciate the kind people working at Sorrento Valley.

Jesus and Arturo were outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process of replacing the washer and dryer, handling the installation smoothly and without any issues. They also took the time to give a clear, straightforward explanation of how to use the new machines, which I really appreciated. Their work was fast, clean, and well done. I would rate their service 100/10 and highly recommend them.

I recently toured the apartment community and had a great experience. Alicia was incredibly thorough in answering all of my questions and made sure nothing was overlooked. She took her time explaining details about the units, amenities, and leasing process, and I never felt rushed. She was very patient and made me feel like she genuinely had my best interests in mind throughout the tour. The rest of the leasing office staff were also very welcoming and friendly, which made the overall visit even more comfortable!

We’ve been at IMT nearly a month and love it. We had an issue with our washer and dryer - Jesus and Robles unexpectedly brought us a brand new washer and dryer three days later, and it works wonderfully. Additionally, they were friendly and easy to work with. Thanks, IMT!
