He is extremely professional, respectful, and reliable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people he serves. I really wish there were more maintenance personnel like him. We’re very lucky to have Carlos as part of our community.

I honestly regret moving here. From day one it’s been problem after problem. Our water heater was broken when we moved in, and we ended up spending hundreds of dollars more in electric bills,. We called APS and got no answers. IMT’s maintenance discovered it was broken after we demanded a full inspection, & the manager Michelle refused reimbursement because we reported it to APS & not them. That should never happen in a place you’re paying rent for. Maintenance has been in our unit almost every single month fixing something — lighting fixtures, AC issues, and other basic things that should have been functioning in the first place. IMT North Scottsdale has given my boyfriend & I an incredible move-in experience. Michelle from the leasing office has been so kind throughout the entire process, and incredibly thoughtful when it comes to answering questions and making sure we’re taken care of well. The apartments themselves are nice, spacious, and have big windows throughout for lots of natural lighting, which we love. There were a couple (very minor) things throughout our apartment that needed to be fixed upon our move-in, and Michelle was not only helpful, but also very welcoming of any & all maintenance requests we had. All requests were taken care of on the same day they were placed, and the person on the maintenance team who came over to do so was so incredibly nice, thorough, and communicative.
