IMT Lake House

I love it here!! I am literally minutes away from anything I need, especially restaurants ~ very convenient location. Angelica, Jessica, Paola and Renee (the leasing office ladies) are my family and I love them dearly; they are genuinely caring people ~ always helpful and supportive. The cleaning staff is absolutely amazing! Everything is beautiful, spotless and smells so clean & fresh…every moment of the day. The maintenance guys are like the big brothers I never had and I appreciate them. They are readily available to handle any issues. Special shout out to Luis and his crew for taking the time to troubleshoot and fix my problem last week!! Upon moving here from Mississippi 3 years ago my IMT LAKEHOUSE family welcomed me and I’m grateful I get to live in such a wonderful communit

I recently moved into IMT Lake House, and I had an exceptional experience! The team, particularly Angelica and Jessica went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise made me feel confident and comfortable. From start to finish, they were responsive, communicative, and efficient. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth transition to my new home was impressive. Love it here so far!

I put in a maintenance request and they showed up just a few hours later. The guy was super nice, and honestly, every time I’ve needed something, they come quickly. I’ve lived in a lot of places, and I’m really impressed with the staff at IMT Lake House. The amenities are always clean, and after some bad experiences elsewhere, this has been the best place I’ve lived so far. We genuinely love living here!

I didn’t have an appointment and simply walked in, yet Jessica still took the time to give me a full tour of the property. Every interaction felt thoughtful and efficient.
