IMT Gallery 421

Imt Gallery 421 has been super great to us!!!! The staff are very helpful we moved in two weeks ago and Chanel Meliton was the person that gave us our tour and definitely went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. The moment we left after our tour we knew this was the place for us. The kids love it and that makes it ten times better. Feels safe and very at home.The Amenities are nice and clean with very nice views as well. Also Thank you to everyone that stepped into help Chanel. Definitely recommend this place. 10/10

This is a review for the maintenance team at IMT421: Ruben did an excellent job! I wasn’t exactly sure what the problem was or how to explain it, but he immediately knew what was going on and came prepared with everything needed to fix it. He was quick, thorough, and very professional. The repair was handled smoothly, and he made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate his expertise and highly recommend him! ATTN THIS IS SIMPLY TO NOTIFY FUTURE OR POTENTIAL RESIDENTS OF PACKAGE MISHANDLING AND THEFT! Far too often our packages are not delivered, stolen, or refused by office staff! If you are a frequent online shopper this property is not for you, unless you want to pay an additional fee for the “Luxor locker” this has to be illegal on so many levels we shouldn’t have to pay a fee to safely receive or even have an option to receive our mail! It’s ridiculous and it’s robbery! Wish a class action lawsuit could be brought upon this management for charging residents a fee to receive mail!!! Hopefully this gets fixed the stolen packages are getting annoying! If anyone is looking to shower with hot water the pool area showers are working. 10-09 - 10/11 water has been off or no hot water . I've been to many different apartments communities, and he was the best management staff I've ever met - kind maner, explains everything in detail, always smile, quick responses, tried to provide info as much as he can, and more. All staff were also very kind and nice. They made IMT more special.

I have been living here since January. The management and staff are super friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you feel at home. Jenniefer was my leasing agent who assisted me with my move, she is very sweet and attentive and the leasing process was quick. If she was unavailable, Jake helped me with any questions I had in her absence. The maintenance team works fast enough for my needs and is awesome. The neighbors are polite. This place has all of the amenities I need and then some.
