7/28/23 A happy update for IMT Franklin Gateway since I just signed my SECOND lease. The fabulous team, Imaria, Janna & Ray remembered that I was interested in upgrading my unit (to a higher floor) & found one that has exceeded my expectations! They are the reason I choose to stay - I feel supported here as a resident & they go to extreme efforts to make IMT-FG a real community. Look no further if you’re looking for a gorgeous property strategically located to shops & attractions, while being nestled amongst beautiful surrounding hillside. We have live here a little over 2 years now and couldn’t be more thankful for the staff and the maintenance crew. Such wonderful people and always make to check us and say hey when we run into them. The maintenance guys do a great job responding quickly to requests. We also are very thankful for Sherry and everything she does for our apartment community. She is always so fun to be around and great at hosting the community events. Definitely recommend this apartment complex.

IMT Gateway’s maintenance team is HANDS DOWN the BEST in Nashville and surrounding. Quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable & most of all, they CARE about the community and each resident. Dalton and Andre’ are AMAZING!!! Shout out to Andre’ for an incredible job on my dishwasher repair - you go above and beyond every single time. Appreciate you all so much! <3
