This is the worst residential complex ever. Of course, you may claim that I am not the one listed on the lease, but my family is — and since my family does not speak English, they asked me to report the complaints we experienced. We moved into this apartment in 2020, during the beginning of the COVID crisis. At first, we were happy to live near the stores. But the shock came when they called us to pick up the apartment. I told them we couldn’t come immediately and that they should notify us in advance so we could arrange for the moving truck. They only gave us three days to move in. I even took a full week off work to help with moving and organizing everything. That was the first negative experience. Security deposit scam I moved out on November 19 after being clearly told by the leasing office that a new tenant had been found and that there would be no deductions. Despite this, they still deducted December 1–5 rent from my security deposit. This is not a mistake — it’s a pattern of deceptive behavior. Telling tenants one thing and then quietly taking money from their deposit is extremely dishonest. Do not trust what this management says verbally. They say “no deductions” and then take your money anyway.

Cannot say enough good things about Imperial. Lived there for three years and cannot think of a single bad thing. Great staff, needed maintenance maybe a handful of times and they were always quick. Facilities are clean, quiet, and the people are friendly. Mail was easy too. Really walkable which me and my brother enjoyed and in a really safe area. Can’t beat route nine. Pool and tennis courts were great too. Only left because of work and travel changes, but will definitely be looking at opportunities to come back.

I lived here for 4 years and living there was great, I had very minimal issues with the apartment I was in and the maintenance team was able to help us whenever we had issues. The location is also great, close to anything you could ever need. The downsides to living here were related to initially trying to lease the apartment and then once we moved out. When we first tried getting a lease they kept changing the move in date / wouldn’t solidify whether or not we would actually be getting a lease because the previous tenants were still living in the apartment and it was very difficult to get any information from the leasing managers, so this made moving very stressful. When we moved out we were initially told that we would be getting our last month’s rent prorated, but this was a lie because

First day i moved in there were ants all over our apartment, paint was already peeling in the bathrooms, our AC wasn't working all while i was living with my terminally ill MIL , the piping above our closet wasn't properly insulated so it was sweating and ruined a bunch of my clothes. I lived here for a year and after my MIL passed away they made us pay a second deposit to "change the lease" so they can remove her off of it. Weeks went by while they held BOTH my deposits and they tried telling us they were going to charged us 750 dollars to replace the trash compactor because they found a dent on it the size of my pinky nail... they will charge you for normal wear and tear and do anything they can find to keep your d
