Imperial Village Apartments

I’ve finally had enough of the place and the last straw is getting my car towed based on a ridiculous predatory. Here’s just some of the problems I’ve had. First off they sold me a broken washer and dryer for $500 when I moved it because they were no longer included on the lease. They also sold me on a heated pool that didn’t come for a whole year after I lived here. That “paw wash” station you saw on the amenities list? Yeah they sold me on that a year and a half ago too. I can assure you there is no “paw wash” station anywhere and I wouldn’t bank on it showing up. The AC units are like living next to a jet engine. It’s so loud that my dog runs and hides whenever it comes on. The unit is not energy efficient. The stuff they say “they’re going to fix before you move in”? Yeah didn’t happen

From the start, the professionalism and openness with the staff of Imperial Village has been fantastic. And one person in particular, Yadira. Since day one of this journey of moving from where I'm at, to Imperial Village. She has been on point and has been in constant contact with me throughout the process, and at the basic level I would have been absolutely satisfied. But, she stepped that up and was absolutely phenomenal. Nothing but praise for this leasing assistant, in my opinion, and is going to be a great place to live.

We have been living here for almost a year now and really enjoy Imperial Village Apartments. We moved here to escape the hectic areas of St. Pete to have more peace and quiet and access to nature trails (there is an awesome park within walking distance). The management team has been very responsive with any of our needs. Sandra at the front desk always greets you with a smile and is ready to help. Most notably, Desiree, the property manager, has been super helpful and knowledgeable about any question I posed to her no matter the topic. She makes me feel like a valued resident, quickly addresses anything I bring up, and communicates well her expertise. I wanted to take a moment to give 5 stars directed at two people in the office who go above and beyond at Imperial Village. I have lived here over 2.5 years and just wanted to make certain upper management is aware of two outstanding employees I feel deserve to be recognized. Sandra is always professional and above all kind, helpful and has such a positive, infectious attitude. She is always willing to help, communicates beautifully, and her follow-through is nothing short of amazing. I have had many issues with things that need attention in the apartment and she moves quickly and does not stop until the issue is resolved. She is a gem, and really makes you feel like you matter. I moved in about a year ago and I'm happy to be renewing my lease. The entire team is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is well taken care of while being very warm and friendly. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very safe and all units are updated beautifully with a nice smart home feature. Neighbors are nice but mostly keep to themselves so usually very quiet. I highly recommend Imperial Village to anyone looking to move into the area.
