Costa Del Sol Apartments

I lived at Costa del Sol for 6.5 years--from 2019 to 2026. The complex came highly recommended by a friend who also lived there, and I'm so glad I took her advice. This community is friendly, well-maintained, and completely safe. As a single woman living by herself, I never once worried about coming home at night or leaving early in the morning. Many of the residents at Costa have been there for a long time, which a testament to how affordable and well-run it is. The people who run Costa communicate really well with their residents, take care of maintenance requests and community issues very quickly, and care a lot about this property. There are community parties, balcony decorating contests, and more. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I moved in to Costa Del Sol in September. I had to wait for several months for an apartment to become available, but it was definitely worth it. James and the rest of the staff are very professional and very kind. I love my apartment, especially the walk in closet and the huge bathroom. The maintenance crew is amazing and are very efficient in handling any maintenance requests. So glad I was able to move here. The neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. Such a great place to live.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived at. I just moved out after a year and a half and got all of my deposit back minus utilities. James, the property manager, is chill but responsive. I felt safe walking around at night and the apartment is wonderfully maintained. There's usually never any availabilities because you can't find a nice safe apartment at this low of a price anywhere. I would move back here if the need arose and currently recommend Costa Del Sol to everyone I know. Costa del Sol is a well managed apartment complex. The manager is professional and responds in a timely manner. The maintenance men thoroughly oversee the buildings and grounds needs. The location is walkable to restaurants and store and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The beautiful landscaping, clean pool and quiet campus are like an oasis within the city. We lived here almost 2 years and are moving to be closer to family.

I tried to tour this apartment and it was like pulling teeth to get any information out from the lady at the front desk. I wasn't aware it was a highly in demand apartment and that no units are available for viewing, but it felt like I wasn't allowed to ask any questions about the property because it was so unlikely that I would ever get to live there. I asked for a hard copy of the layout of the units and that's basically all I got. Felt like I could've been shown around the grounds or at least entertained for a minute before basically being shooed away.
