Imperial Gardens

Recently I called the office with an issue and Brandi ( manager) was very helpful and promptly gave request to the maintenance man Butch. Butch was very nice and was quick to take care of the issue. Once again they showed they are a great team and do a great job. I am highly pleased with them both and how they take care of their tenants. Great job Brandi and Butch!

My fiancée and I recently moved to Huntsville, and I must say we had the warmest welcome from Imperial Gardens. The office manager Brandie was more than willing to answer all of my questions and help me with every step of the move. We also love Butch, the maintenance manager. You can find him giving treats to all the doggos. Overall this place is lovely, filled with friendly people, and a great place for your family!

Love this place! It was my first apartment at 18 back in 2010-2011. I have come back multiple times, and it has upgraded and gotten better each time. The pool is lovely, the dog park is a great new addition, and I love the sweet maintenance man who gets things done quickly. They are pet friendly, decently priced, reasonable located to everything you need, and a quiet almost hidden neighborhood. Ms. Brandy got us in early this January and was wonderful at getting as much done electronically as possible before our move in date. They are very proactive with the kids of the community and email about any update and reminders quickly. It's nice to feel safe and wanted in your neighborhood.

I love this Place here. It's very quiet and pleasant the people are nice and keep to there self. It's clean beautiful place to live. No Confusion over here just good people. IMPERAIL GARDEN Is a good place to live.

Great place to reside! Clean, quiet. Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. The staff is extremely welcoming and the maintenance is top notch.
