Imperial Gardens Apartments

Won’t allow the rent to be paid and I have seen a lot of uhauls in the complex. Won’t return emails or phone calls and we don’t exist on the app to even attempt to Said they can’t discuss the matter. Beyond ridiculous. New management is obviously up to something. Many safety hazards and a lot of issues in the buildings. It’s sad because the old management was amazing. Profit over people is happening more and more. Now they’re willing to displace people who just want to stay in their home and pay their bills to make more money. Sickening. Not bothering the section 8 people who don’t work!

I must say for the 6 years I lived here, I've enjoyed it. Unfortunately, due to new management, Hammock which was formally Ocean Management, is kicking many people out and raising rent prices. I would be very cautious renting under this company.

Each place well labeled, but still a bit hard to find, I had a hard time finding the place I needed to go.

Looks like a nice place to live...
