We have been renting a house from Imperial Estates Realty since 2021. Mel is always ready to help us if there's a problem with the house. He is quick to return calls and if there's a problem, he takes care of it right away. We had trouble with the a/c and he sent someone out right away. He's been a great Landlord. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. We highly recommend them.

We moved into our rental last year due to an emergency with our past rental of over a decade. Imperial Estates moved us in really fast and we are so grateful. They've always sent a handyman to fix some small issues. One time my neighbors (who have moved out) swiped my handyman to fix something in their unit, so glad they're gone lol. Mil made sure to send him back out to me. Anyway, I really love the area, the rent is still reasonable, the owner is super awesome, and we will stay here for as long as we can. Oh, and the cats love it too as there are plenty of squirrels to watch ❤️

I found Imperial Estates Realty online 3 years ago when I moved here from Colorado! I was so scared of scams as everything was virtual but Mo made me feel so secure in this process. We did a virtual tour and signing! A pleasant experience the last 3 years. Any repairs ever needed on the home, Mo will always try to get same day service! If you’re moving from out of state or local, I highly recommend these guys!
