I happen to be looking for a new place to rent and this seems like a decent place to live. I saw some steel gates entering the apartment and unsure if those are locked at night. The apartment has a balcony which is nice, but the surrounding looks kind of dark. Just sharing what I observed today.
Great apartments! Very large layout in comparison to others I've been in. You can't beat the price! Updated and modern I love the look. The landlord is amazing and easy to reach, quick to get back to you. The maintenance guy is also just the greatest (He will even kill a spider if he hears you screaming lol). I moved in February 2019 and just signed for another year. 5 stars from me!
