I had a great apartment tour with Heidi, and she made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to what I was looking for. I appreciated how clearly she explained everything - from the layout to the amenities - while also giving me space to really take in the details of the unit. If you’re considering a tour, I highly recommend working with Heidi. She’s fantastic at what she does and truly elevates the experience.

Ugh, I really wanted this property to work for me. I had looked at thousands of different floorplans online from Fairfax to Raleigh to Atlanta. But... Heidi helped me out during my tour and my many, many follow up question. She was immediately able to understand some uncommon questions about the property; this shows she was hired by a good property manager. I'd hire her any day as a property manager myself. Thank you, Heidi, a consummate professional. The property itself has been redone nicely and it has an optimal location that cannot be beat. Tiled balconies are a very nice touch that you just don't see in Georgia. Keep in mind this building was built back in the day when buildings weren't thrown up in the cheapest way possible. Ilion apartments were at first a curiosity due to its architectural design and upon further examination via a tour by leasing agent Jazzy just became our new home! This hidden gem has it all, including beautiful families, singles and location! Security is absolutely awesome and the staff are professionals with beautiful smiles. This move was a blessing! The name contains my nature!

My husband and I came across this hidden gem 💎 which is Ilion Apartments. We just stopped in and was greeted by Jaazy with her beautiful smile. She was so professional and her customer service skills are outstanding. With great customer service you get repeated business. When she gave us a tour the halls had a pleasant smell. My husband and I looked at each other and smiled. I highly recommend ilion apartments. The staff are amazing, Caroline and Heidi are great to show you a tour. The property landscape is impeccable, the pool is crystal clear and the amenities across the property are absolutely wonderful! Security is number one and neighbors are very friendly and welcoming!

My experience with Caroline, my Leasing Agent, Heidi, and Ryan, the director of the management company and all the staff and amenities of this fabulous property have been incredible. Caroline has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that anything I need to not only be satisfied but extremely comfortable and happy is handled right away if I could give her 100 stars I would!
