ila Hyde Park is absolutely stunning! Sam had me with Audrey Hepburn's famous Bubble Gum Blowing portrait on every floor! We are transferring from southern, Indiana, and I was in tears after touring so many condos that did not fit our needs or wants, until I found this classy perfect gem! The excitement of becoming a resident here is two-fold. Not only will we be living in luxury, but the location is the best! The Wasson Trail, shopping, and so many choices to dine! The building is gorgeous, and I feel very safe and secure with the many security features!

Wonderful place to live so close by of everything. Top notch appartment snd facilities as well as maintenance service. Ar lot of friensly people.

“If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of security or regard for the safety of Ila residents is appalling. The amount we pay here would make you think that safeguards would be put in place, but its the complete opposite. We pay $125/month ($1500/yr) for non-climate controlled or secure parking spots. In the year I’ve been here, I have called the police 3x to report suspicious activity and unauthorized persons in the building. The police have come out and their recommendation has been for PLK to hire a security guard, to which the response was NO. The management here is unresponsive and shady as they try to hide these issues from residents. The lack of professionalism and follow through is a huge red flag for any prospective tenants. This place is absolutely stunning. Eric, Ila’s Leasing Consultant, exceeded our expectations this morning during our tour of the place. Tall ceilings, spacious units, state of the art kitchens and an overall quiet atmosphere are just a few of the impressive qualities of this place. Eric has to be the best leasing manager I’ve come across - incredibly friendly, yet honest. Recommend checking this place out!

ila Hyde Park is a stunning property! Modern and very up to date! Eric showed us around the property and we are blown away with the amenities offered. We are suckers for a good pool and large fitness center and this place has it all. When you think of this place, luxury is the word I would use. We loved the property and the tour we were given.
