Just closed on my beautiful new home with Lori as my realtor. The process was smooth and the quality and beauty of this home and neighborhood is spectacular! Excited to be a part of this new community.

Not only do they build great homes, they have the best people working for them as well. The onsite agents Lori and Sophie are not only very knowledgable but also very easy to work with. They made our most recent home purchase easy and stress free! Thank you Lori and Sophie!

Love the floor plans in idylwilde. Attention to detail that most builders do not have. Was hoping when this site was chosen that we could call this our place to live. However the lots are so close together with hardly a yard. If you have a dog and children this makes it extremely difficult to want to move here. Also no parking on the streets. To me this neighborhood fits adults 55+. No children and zero pets. I hope in the future that The Providence Group will build homes with a yard, side entry garage as well in Canton/ Cherokee area soon.

Very sweet neighborhood. Well thought out plans and a lot of attention to details. Very good quality. Great sales team! Very patient in answering all your questions!Went to check it out not expecting to like it as the houses are close together. Ended up really liking it and will be calling it home 🏡. 😊

We toured this neighborhood last weekend. Lots of charm and the attention to detail is exquisite. Sales agent was friendly and the model homes are tastefully decorated. We are hoping to make this our new neighborhood.
