Ideal Homes now owning one 9 years has been wonderful! They have a wonderful guarantee! When I bought as I took the responsibility to contact in a timely responsible home owner manner, they had triaged and fixed the issue the next day. I am now selling as work is moving. The first thing I checked was new upcoming Tulsa communities but nothing upcoming sadly. Thanks!

Ideal homes built my house in 2019 and didn't install drip edge on the roof. Water leaks between the gutters and the fascia when it rains and it's ruining my fascia. Update* I sent an email to the address you provided and I've heard nothing back. Decreasing review by 1 star.

I recently purchased my second house from Ideal Homes and both times the experience has been great. They do a really good job of eliminating the stress that can sometimes come with buying a house, have great warranties and also provide amazing customer service. I had my 60-day walkthrough this week and Kristi was great about getting the minor issues fixed on the spot!

Avoid at all costs if you value your investment. Buy an older home built from the 1960’s to about 2002. The quality of materials and craftsmanship will be miles ahead of the low bid mentality of Ideal Homes you will pay top dollar for today. You are a number to them, not folks making a huge investment that will take you years of hard work to pay off.
