Idea1 Apartments

Just moved in a while back and have loved the process and apartment so far! Chris has been an amazing contact and continues to be fantastic in both his attentiveness and vibe as we settle in, answering questions quickly and helping us out with anything we need. The amenities are great, gym is well stocked, and the apartments are cute and clean with solid appliances as well. Overall a great start!

When I approached Idea1, I had just moved and found myself in a very difficult housing situation. I was eager to make a change and was fortunate to connect with Chris, who truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. I am now almost a week into my new home and could not be happier with the move. Chris made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I previously lived at Idea1 when the property was managed by Greystar, and it is clear how much care Fairview has put into the building since then. I am very much looking forward to my tenancy here. If you are considering Idea1, ask for Chris. He will take great care of you and make the transition into your new home as easy as possible.

The staff here are the highlight of Idea1! They are always super helpful and so friendly. Maintenance is addressed quickly too. The price and the staff easily made this right choice for me and I’ve had 0 regrets since moving in!

We just moved in and we love it !! Chris showed us around and answered any questions & concerns we had along the way. He is extremely kind! He also has such a fun/bubbly personality, he is amazing!!! He made the tour such a fun giggly experience. Not a dull moment at all. He was so helpful with the application process. It's so refreshing to have people like him around who actually want to help and enjoy what they do. Everyone else at Idea1 has been extremely kind and helpful as well. We couldn't ask for more.

We lived at Idea1 for a year. The leasing office and management were great; they were always very attentive and helpful. Additionally, Carlos and all the maintenance team were very friendly and always quick and effective at dealing with anything that came up. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience living there!
