Idaho Terrace Apartments

Lived here for almost four years and it was honestly the BEST experience, Stephen, Keneesha, and James all made living here such a wonderful experience! They really care, make an effort to get to know you, and I’ve never experienced that in an apartment before. Maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner, and the units walls are pretty thick so you don’t hear much from neighbors unless they are heavily walking. The building is old but they do a good job of updating things and repairing things when need be. It’s an affordable gem! The neighborhood is wonderful and walkable as well!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The property manager, Keneesha , is absolutely amazing—always helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need anything. Stephen is also incredibly supportive and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Whenever we’ve had repairs or maintenance requests, James and Mostafa handle them promptly and with great attention to detail. The building itself is quiet, well-maintained, and a truly comfortable place to call home. It’s rare to find a team that works this hard to keep everything running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and community here. Highly recommend!

Updating my review since my lease ended and I moved out. Living at Idaho terrace was a pleasure. Keneesha, Stephen, Mostafa, and James were amazing throughout my time there and they answered any questions or requests I had and went above and beyond every time. Idaho terrace is an older building but had everything you needed. Gym on site, laundry on site and a secure place for packages. Giant was a 8 minute walk. 96, N4, N2, and N6 bus routes were close by and American university was a brief walk up hill. I would highly recommend living here again and back. Neighbors were friendly and I never heard a sound from anyone. Never had to worry about any pest or bugs and the unit was a good space with all utilities included. Recently moved here from NC and its my first time in DC! Stephen was very helpful and kind in helping with the move-in process to DC in general. I chose Idaho Terrace because of it's location and price, and Stephen. He's a really amazing guy who came in on his day off to help me move-in. Without your help, moving in successfully, might not have been possible. I really appreciate it. Maintenance team is also very nice, efficient, and quick. Mustafa was very knowledgeable and quick in fixing the issues I faced. The rest of the staff is just as amazing, and I'm really excited for my stay here. Highly recommend Idaho Terrace if you're looking for an apartment in DC especially as a student!

I recently moved here. I have visiting many apartments in DC and I had a lot of room tour. The reason why I've picked this place is the location is really nice very quiet very safe and very reasonable price. the most number one reason I picked this place is the manager at the office whose name is Keneesha is really nice and lovely. Very friendly. The most wonderful person you will ever met. not just wonderful person, She's also very professional and helping you a lot of things. So kindly she offered me help which she doesn't have to because it was her off day. I really did appreciate it.
