I was never able to view my apartment before move-in due to staffing issues and poor communication. I didn’t even know if I was approved until a day before my move-in date—despite telling management how critical that was for my living arrangements. Now, after 3 months, I see why they avoided showing the unit. The ceiling/flooring is the cheapest construction possible. I was a resident here for 2 years in a 1 bed, 1 bath. My experience was not great at all. From the very beginning there were red flags—I toured while a resident was at the leasing office literally begging staff to fix their AC. I should have listened to my gut. Instead, I signed for convenience and what I “thought” I liked at the time. Big mistake. Fast forward: I endured 2 years of a trifling, inconsiderate upstairs neighbor who stomped at all hours, blasted podcasts all day and night, and kept multiple kids on the weekends who ran back and forth nonstop in a one-bedroom unit. Despite my multiple complaints (with video proof), the leasing office did nothing. This destroyed my sleep, mental health, peace and nervous system. I wouldn’t wish living under that neighbor on my worst enemy. T

UPDATE: we now have a mold problem. Their solution? Leave the mold and throw a fan in the problem room. The cause of mold? They didnt caulk the shower properly and water leaked through the flooring. They "fixed" the caulking (and there is a HOLE in the fix). One of the toilets stops working with every other use. So now we're going to have to argue this is uninhabital. Wow where do I begin. While I am thankful to have a roof over my head, do not waste your time leasing here. The communication between the office agents is non existent. It took us a month longer to move in because we would not hear back from them on what needed to be done. Miss McDonald and her coworkers have been lying to me and my girlfriend for months now about a situation that has not been handled. We’ve applied to that apartment months ago and was denied for what reason I don’t know but after being denied, we still haven’t received our refund they claim to have sent our refund somewhere that we didn’t request to be sent too. After speaking with the leasing office a few months ago, they claim to have sent our new check out and that it would take about a month and it has been over a month and nothing has been sent. We just called there yesterday to get an update and they claim that they will send a check out This time. But they we

Lived here for a year and let me tell you I've never felt more like a slave in all my life. There's nothing luxury about this place! Our unit reaked of cigarettes and they did nothing about it. The management is also very petty they will charge you misc fees for complaining about things needing to be fixed. And then when you move out they will find things to charge you for to keep from giving back your security deposit. I warned another Tennant before her move out and they did the exact same thing to her when she moved. Run away fast dont walk!
