Carlos and the manager Love has been a tremendous help to me and my husband on fixing an issue we had before they started working at our apartment complex. They really care about their job and their tenants. I have been living here for 8 years and they have shown so much gratitude and care to make sure we were taking care of. Customer service is truly remarkable. I want to thank them both for everything and now I can rest assured that they truly will go above and beyond for their tenants.

ibex Park has a great office team. I came in today to take a tour and both of the ladies were nice. Ms. Love is the most engaged manager I have ever encountered; you can tell she loves what she does. Dana the assistant, was nice too. The office smelled so clean and even though the community is older than all three of us put together, the model looked better than I thought it would. This will be a perfect place for my brother to live. Thank you ladies!

Love is amazing!! She left no questions or answers off the table, she's very thorough at her job. Love also made me feel like I wanted to move here & I wasn't the one looking to move!!

Nothing but great things to say about moving to Ibex Park. From Ms.Valeska and Ms. Saraly being so welcoming from the start and ensuring my family and I had a smooth move in. To the men who keep the community spotless! The renovated units are well worth it. I feel like I’m getting everything we pay for. I love that the office is bringing everyone together with their community events. It great to get out and meet our neighbors.
