Horrible Company The director is a hypocrite and a horrible person. She took everything personal. They have affairs going on between married employees. The maintenance suck at their jobs take forever to do work orders. HR either don’t respond or tell you one thing but it’s another. Both me and the property manager left at the same time, due to disrespect, and unsafe environment and horrible pay and no benefits. The director doesn’t like me, because i told her that the work place is toxic and she took it personal with me. Everything is backed up, and they tried to have me and the property manager do everything by ourselves with no help whatsoever. Pros Hours Cons No benefits, horrible pay, management is rude, location is dangerous, lots of disrespect - with residents and employees.

Poor maintenance and unprofessional staff. Will put hispanic interest first and ignore all other ethnicities. Unresponsive to the community and pursues own greedy agenda.

I applied two months ago left messages and never got called back or told yes or no in my aplicación.

Horrible Horrible Horrible no staff ever answers no staff ever returns your call . No on is ever in the office . Had things not fixed in my apartment over a year . I will never never rent with them again..
