i3 Lending

This is the last company I'd ever recommend to anyone. Ruined the home buying experience for me. There was so much lack of professionalism, communication and lack of a sense of urgency. There was a lot of lies and underdelivering for numerous things. The pricing/rates were not at all competitive / worth the negative experience. You're better off going elsewhere.

All those bad review a true. Start working with them ZERO CONFIDENCE. Glad that in the last moment change the lender. I3 never call u back, they overcharge a lot of hidden fees was trying to givee a loan for a high rate. Closing was overpriced. Keith wasn't nice to me at all. I3 was calling me in the last moment and telling me u have to sign asking for what NO ANSWER. IN THE Closing they was selling me points and didn't knew about that. Avoid them. Not recommending. Very unprofessional

i3 Lending provided me the best service and pricing for my new home purchase. It only took them 17 days from start to finish to close my loan. The loan office was very friendly took to the time to explain my loan options. I would use them again for all my real estate need.

Regina Davis is hard working and persistent. She always picks up the phone or answers my emails quickly for all my questions. I would recommend her as she is a true mortgage professional and a really great person. Thank you Regina.

This was the absolute worst experience. It was so bad that when we finally closed, everyone involved verbally stated they would run far away if they ever came across this company again(the sellers, both real estate agents, the lawyer, and the title company). Do not choose this mortgage lender. Their mortgage agents are not trained properly and are not upfront about any part of the process. We bought our second property with this lender and it was hell. Our first experience with Interlinc Mortgage was smooth and exciting. We should have went back to them. We chose I3 because they were recommended to us by a family member. The family member told us that we could close faster with them, but that turned out to be a big mistake. So much went wrong, but it would take a book to write everything.
