I Street Modern Apartments

Great kitchen layout and love the extra storage space in the pantry/laundry room. It feels like home. I-Street is conveniently located close to everything, including XNA Airport, downtown Bentonville, and very close to the shopping areas. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. The maintenance men are very friendly and eager to take care of any maintenance requests right away. We,ve been at I-Street three years and enjoy living here. We have great neighbors and it is quiet and feels comfortable. I would definitely recommend living at this community.

I’ve had a great experience living at Yates Street Apartments. It’s a well-maintained community, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive. Whenever I raised a maintenance request, it was taken care of within the same day, which made things very convenient. There is plenty of parking available, issues are resolved quickly, and the apartment layouts are spacious and comfortable. Overall, everything runs smoothly, and I’ve had no major problems during my stay.

I had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Lydia. She showed me all of the great amenities and the apartment was beautiful! I appreciate the kindness that Bethany and Rachel showed in making sure that I had adequate information and even a video of the apartment before coming in town to tour! This is a great property with an amazing staff!

After moving in December, we’ve completed a month here and are satisfied with our experience so far. The move-in process was smooth, the apartment was in good condition, and the community areas are well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, which makes settling in easier. Looking forward to continuing our stay here.

I absolutely love this place! Office staff and maintenance staff are top notch! They will work with you on any issue you may have. Very very quick response for anything. They really went above and beyond to help me get everything lined up to move in and answered every question and I had plenty!!
