I was skeptical to contact this company because I usually read reviews first and there weren't any. I contacted them and spoke with a very polite gentleman named Kash. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He purchased my home for the price I wanted and did not try to swindle me. He communicated with me through the whole process of my many questions. It was very painless and we closed in 2 weeks. I couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism I received from himself and his staff!
