I've worked with Mark and Gary several times during the past couple of years. They have taught me a lot about real estate investing. I have watched them handle deals with a firm hand as well as being compassionate at the same time. These men truly know what they are doing and it has been a pleasure working with them. Mark and Gary were absolutely amazing. I had a situation with a tenant and I needed out of the house asap; as I do not consider myself a landlord type. The tenant I had was everything in a bad nightmare. These guys took everything in to there own hands. Everything happened so fast and efficiently. From the late night phone call after I found them on google to the next day actually signing papers. It was surreal. These guys are the real deal. I am so glad that Mark and Gary contacted me.
