Hyperion Apartments

When I first walked in to apply I was greeted by Jessica. She genuinely was so excited and thrilled to help me. I had been looking for an apartment for months due to my broken lease and she made me for so comfortable and assured me that she was going to get me in. I also worked with Monica who is the sweetest and worked me so well also. They were able to get me approved within a week and moved in the following week!! I absolutely love my apartment the neighbors are friendly and it’s pretty quiet. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment. No bugs or anything like that. I definitely recommend these apartments. Jessica and Monica are absolutely amazing!!

I have no idea where to begin to express how happy I am here. From the day I toured the complex I knew this is where I have to live. Monica made me feel so welcome. She is beyond professional with a dynamic personality As well as excellent customer service skills. Jessica does a phenomenal job on keeping the community clean and safe. Anytime I needed something repaired Michael was here within 24 hours. I love it here so much. I just re-signed my lease for another. 16 months!!! If you are looking for a safe community that is centrally located to everything definitely check out the complex.

EDIT: Jessica and Monica are genuinely people you want taking care of you. They have both been nothing but helpful. You’re in good hands here. Jessica I am so greatful to you especially. You’re sweet and kind and your overall presence is a joy. I’ll admit I had some issues and causes for concern that were fixed immediately. They are currently fixing my AC and have kept in touch with the process. The maintenance man has also been respectful in keeping his shoe covers on because im a germaphobe so i appreciate that so much. You can trust that whatever issues arise they will handle them with grace. All in all i couldn’t ask for a better home with a team that actually cares about you. It’s not often that you find that.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Hyperion Apartments. Jessica and Monica in the office are always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever something comes up. The maintenance team deserves special recognition—they’re prompt, efficient, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of properly. The community is clean and well-kept, and overall it’s been a very positive experience living here.

Living here has been such a great experience! The community is clean, safe, and welcoming. Monica is amazing she’s always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Highly recommend this place!
