I’d put zero or negative stars if I could. Most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. To call expressing my interest in their units and get insulted over the phone for having pets and “not making enough money” is blasphemous. And to be asked how much I get paid and when trying to explain I make minimum wage, only to get cut off “What’s that? Like 7 dollars an hour?”.. No, sir. MA minimum wage is 12, are you living in the same state as me or are you on another planet? Casting judgment like that will never get you business, sir.
