As you can see from previous reviews, this company is unprofessional, can’t take criticism and acts on bad faith. Thomas Yule is arrogant and has a terrible work ethic. It’s one thing not to ‘make friends’ (in their line of work) as they bluntly answered someone on a past review, but it’s another to rarely answer emails, return phone calls and so on. That just shows poor work ethic and unprofessionalism. It goes way beyond any personal feelings I might have towards the guy… and I have a ton. Every owner in the community, besides 3 that are currently trustees, can vouch on that. We have gotten together for meetings and every single person has the same complaints. I have been living at a condo managed by this company for almost 3 years. The landscapers hired to do the landscaping is terrible. During the spring and summer they spend at most is 10 minutes for “lawn care” for the entire condo property. There are trees that are pretty dangerous to have around the condo and could one day fall over and hit the condos. Neighbors have reached out in the past about this with little to no response. The parking lot conditions are terrible with major pot holes and they seem to not care. In the recent snow storms, including the past blizzards our lot has barely been touched by a plow. I have expressed the property manager under multiple occasions I am an essential health care worker and in need to have the lot plowed therefore I am to get to work. I am also sure

I have lived in a property they manage in Easton for 5 years now and Thomas Yule has been very responsive whenever I have a question. The neighbors are nice and I love the smell of firewood in the distance each morning. I have enjoyed my time here

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Thomas Yule has to be the most unprofessional, rude property Manager ever. He’s been managing our property for awhile and NEVER comes by the location if you ask him to about an issue. If you email, he’s not friendly, then stops responding all together. How is this company in business? They seem to respond more on here because of negative reviews than if you call or email. . Handful of issues, nothing done the way it should be. Don’t deal with them.

We are a Resident Owned Community in Halifax Ma. and we have had Bristol South as our Management Co. for the past 15 months! I deal with Chris, Cindy and Sharon on an almost daily basis and can't say enough about how good and helpful they all are! We are a large Community of 430 homes with unexpected problems coming up all the time and I know I can turn to Bristol South for the help and guidance we need to handle anything that arises. I never have any problem getting through to them and getting the answers I need. They are very professional and also very friendly. I don't know what we would do without them!
