Pros: the bike trails are beautiful near here , lots of food options and close to highway so it’s easy to get to different areas fast, close to skate park and baseball fields and somewhat quiet neighborhood. Cons: my apartment was probably the worst one I ended up having to break lease for inhabitable living conditions. Roaches first few weeks after moving in and I kept my apartment clean, really bad mold in shower and around ALL windows , the heater did not work very good so winter was freezing almost 30 degrees inside , windows were defective they left cold air in and when snowing the WHOLE window was frozen you cant even see outside. Management did not take requests seriously they only offered temporary solutions which is why I had to break lease. After leaving I realize how bad the mo

For weeks a man has been repeatedly sleeping (and sometimes using drugs) in the interior entryway between the two doors. I’ve called CSPD non-emergency multiple times, apartment security, and the office — nothing changes, he’s back the next day. Meanwhile, I got a parking ticket downtown for being three minutes over and fought it at the courthouse. The hearing officer reduced the fine but, as I walked out, muttered “you get what you pay for.” Felt pretty gross to hear that when I’m just trying to come home without stepping over someone in my own building.

The apartment we moved in was clean , it's quite, and love that spoke to Heather and all issues were handled promptly. Neighbors are great people , Glad we moved in . Recommended place to have a home . Did have one issue but where there was a homeless person sleeping by the door but I woke up the person and they left after I asked . Which I understand we have homeless people all thru out the city .

My shower head had no pressure, Ben came out clean it out fixed it up and now it’s feels like a hydro massage. Fantastic work from Ben! Thank you!!

The apartment me and my partner moved into is very clean and spacious, the managers have been very kind and helpful to us, and we have an absolutely stunning view! So happy that we moved here
