These units are old and have their problems, fortunately the maintenance team is usually quick to fix these. However, I have had a bed bug problem for the past 3 months. I was told my next door neighbor had them, and that's likely where they came from. Many neighbors don't look like they take care of themselves, so things like this are bound to happen. 2 exterminators and multiple treatments later I am still finding bugs (alive and dead) and being bitten. I suspect the exterminators are incompetent or indifferent because they gave no advice on post-treatment. I followed all instructions, laundry etc. Now management has gone quiet regarding the infestation. TLDR; Old units/laundry, me and likely others still have BED BUGS, management has seemingly given up on resolving this.

don't fall for this place having a laundry room. it is ok for couple days and then again you are without a laundry machine...it is always broken. Ask for cheaper price...
