My wife and I had a 10am appointment THIS MORNING with Chris Newsome. We both waited at their office for 30 minutes before leaving. Unprofessional. We will list our home with another agency. Hutson doesn't need our business !!
BEWARE OF CHRIS NEWMAN WHO WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY. WE WERE LISTED WITH HIM FOR 9 MONTHS, HE NEVER DID ONE SHOWING. I SWITCHED TO ERA AND THE HOUSE WAS SOLD IN 3 WEEKS. CHRIS NEWMAN = LAZY. ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS REDUCE THE PRICE WEEKLY UNTIL IT SELLS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH ERA, THEY KNOW HOW TO SELL IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS.
Our family will choose Hutson Realty every time! We have been extremely satisfied with their outstanding knowledge and exemplary service.
