Hutch & Saum

I'm Chinese, and this is my first year living in a Saum apartment. I think it's excellent. First, it's very close to my school, only a 10-minute walk, and the bus stop is right outside, just a 5-minute walk away—that's what I like most. Second, the property manager is very friendly. My first day in the US was a Saturday, and the manager came to help me check in that Saturday; I was very grateful. Finally, the neighbors are very friendly and kind. Everyone greets each other and wishes each other well. My packages have never been lost, and the soundproofing is excellent—no noise, no arguments. For me, this apartment is very nice.

I’ve been living in this building for a while now, and overall it has been a really good experience. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe at all times. The common areas are regularly cleaned, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. One thing I truly appreciate is how peaceful the environment is. It’s quiet, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, and there’s a good sense of community without it feeling overwhelming. I've lived in my building for over 30 years and Ahmad Farzan has resolved a few issues that have been long term problems. He found and elevator company that has our elevator finally reliable after years of issues. Our sidewalks and parking lot were pretreated with rock salt and promptly cleared when our last major snow storm hit. I can honestly say I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check out our buildings.

Hello the building I’m in is not 44 Maryland house well it’s just like there my name is Mr.Newland and the Art of the building we in is Amazing like a museum maze and the staff communicate very well I have left luggage in the lobby apartment door open before Ma’am are Sir my experience over this way all is well!!! After a recent tragic event, relocating was a must, and I'm so grateful I found this place. The transfer process was incredibly smooth, which was a huge relief during a stressful time. Bringing my dog along, I was worried about settling in, but the building is so welcoming. What really struck me is how beautiful the interior is. It’s comforting for both me and my furry friend to be in such a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment after everything that happened.
