Unprofessional. Unfortunately the main reason for moving is because of this horribly run 'management company'. Beautiful apartment, but not at all worth what they put you through. 1. Would sometimes have to email 2/3 times to get a response 2. Any complaints or concerns about other tenants smoking (and making MY apartment smell) were completely ignored for months 3. Contradictions in almost every email!!! 4. A 5 day demand letter (multiple times) sent when their portal fails to process our reoccurring payment instead of just sending us an email 5. Upon moving out giving us 2 days notice!!! and TELLING us.. not asking that someone would be coming to take photos of our home without us being there (which absolutely, we denied) I could go on and on.. This company was previously Premier Prope

My partner and I each paid $50 to apply to an apartment. The relator acknowledged that we met all of the requirements but that they are "waiting for the background check to process". 4+ weeks later, we haven't heard back, even after checking in. It's a scam. Do NOT apply and pay a fee. Another agency was able to process our applications, background checks, and credit checks in less than 24 hours.

I have owned and operated my own properties for years and I found being out of town it was just not working. I understand NO one has the right to be rude and the systems do get bugs in them especially the "auto replies" I find everything to be negotiable and at least they get back to you and try to resolve problems. I focus on the good, it is a tough business that is why I handed over much of my issues to a company for years being a distant landlord. I say give them a shot it is a growing business and even when I have done my own showings I have always given the potential renter a 15- 20 minute window. Stayed in close contact. It says a lot when the owner replies and tries to resolve issues. We live in a world of intolerance and not much understanding. I do know if a "owner/landlord" does

This Company is terrible and completely unprofessional! Do not rent from them! I had previously put up a post over a year ago when I moved in because I had a positive experience moving in and acquiring the apartment. I paid my rent on time every single month. After I move out they decided to hold my security deposit and refused to refund it to me. After I called the office on two different occasions to ask why they haven't sent me my deposit, they tell me is that someone will get back to me. The manager Sheng didn't get back to me until the third time I called, which was two months after I already moved out!!! She proceeds to tell me that they sent me a letter explaining why they were not going to send me my deposit refund. This was a complete lie! Then she sends me an email of the letter

I defy you to find out who owns this company. They are an LLC for a reason. Limited Liability Company. Mike is gone; but how much damage did he do before they let him go? And what did it take? I put in an application last week and still not a word. Since then, I discovered that there is at least one person currently employed there who has at least one formal complaint against them with the RI Real Estate Licensing Board. Do you think that matters to them? Maybe they’re good for landlords but they are quite happy screwing over potential tenants. “People you trust”? Not if you’re a prospective tenant. Do NOT pay $45 (per person) for an application unless you’re the gambling type.
