Charged $75 for service call where my problem wasn’t fixed. Took multiple phone calls to arrange the appointment and technician went to my neighbor’s house. We have a loose staircase handrail and the guy just tried to keep drilling holes and putting in screws. None of it helped and now staircase is just as loose as at the start, but wood now has holes/screws in it. I had to ask him to stop after 3 tries and no improvement. Just got a bill (don’t think I would since problem definitely wasn’t fixed), and they still have my incorrect address. Recommend you look elsewhere for your projects.
