Unfortunately, this is apartment complex is outdated, mice and roach infested, and lacks professional decorum when it comes to executing services and providing maintenance. The building doors are frequently broken into. There’s also car damage from mice because of how filthy the dumpsters are and how they are close in proximity to other cars. Within the TWO YEARS I’ve lived here, I still have mice and a light roach problem (they were here when I moved in!) after 3 separate pest control service requests! There is a lack of care for the renters and the property. The apartments run small. There are still CABLE WIRES running along the walls and inside the closets. Maintenance requests take days to weeks to months to be completed. And when they are, it’s half done. The appliances are old. M

I've lived here for about 4 months and it's been a great experience. Despite what others say, the rent here is lower than any other comparable apartment complex in the area. Management is pretty responsive. Maintenance responds to requests within 24 Hr. Very Happy to be part of this Apartment Community.

Poor poor complex. The leasing office has gone down the drain the phone number online and on the actual website NEVER EVER works they don’t pick up and the voicemail comes on ALL DAY, everyday. How are current and future residents supposed to reach the office. Impossible the complex is full of mice I wouldn’t recommend moving here for free and the mailboxes have been broken since JANUARY 2024 and residents have to go down to the post office to pickup mail. That’s ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It’s May 2024 that’s 4 MONTHS residents have had to be inconvenienced. It’s absolutely NO excuse whatsoever as to why a management or apartment complex shouldn’t have ALL mailboxes fixed in 4 MONTHS that’s more than enough time and every time a resident ask it’s an excuse. I would NOT recommend a dog to move here. I have complained MULTIPLE times about the mice and all the maintenance man do is bring mice traps. The leasing office do not care about the tenants at all. The last management Ms. McDonald got things done without hesitation. Every SINGLE day it’s mice no matter how clean you keep your apartment they are still here and management do NOTHING about it except “Apologize “. The bathroom tub stops up and need reglazing at least 4 times a year and at least 6 residents have had this same issue. There are roaches in the hallways and enter peoples apartments nothing is done about that. I've been living here for about 6 yrs and it was ruff with all the different owners and property managers and management. I'm not sure what to say my experience has been nothing short of exhausting and over it. The new management is awesome very respectful and assuring it's positive vibes and the ladies are very pleasant. I've out grown Hardwood Courts. But hey that's life and you dill
