Huntington Park by Holiday Builders

My buyer ended up going here without my agents knowledge, and we immediately called the sales person to let them know we have a buyer broker agreement. They were supposed to reach back out to us in more than 10 days later. Still did it with a follow up only took an email stating they will not pay our buyer broker agreement because the buyer didn’t come with us. i’ve never had a builder who would not pay a buyers agent with a buyers broker agreement, especially since we know these days sometimes buyers just show up in the sales people sell them and a buyer doesn’t know what to do.

Terrible place to live.
