UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER: The $500 security deposit is essentially a scam. Residents are charged $500 upfront and then presented with inflated and questionable fees on move-out, such as “scratches on the gas stove,” and an additional $150 “parking pass” fee despite it being returned. This property has been one of the most unprofessional and uncooperative places I have ever lived. Upon move-out, I was billed an additional $986 on top of the $500 deposit. When I requested clarification, the Property Manager abruptly stated that the matter had already been handed over to collections and that I must speak with them. This property is not recommended. The management treats tenants as an inconvenience rather than valued customers. They lack professionalism and do not seem to understand the fundamentals of customer service. I have lived under several property management companies previously and always maintained positive relationships due to their professionalism, understanding, and support. Unfortunately, our two-year experience here — even after renewing the lease — resulted in unnecessary frustration and harassment during and after move-out.

Unfortunately this needs to be shared. Working in the industry of property management what I experienced was absolutely uncalled for. 2 weeks of getting the run around with my application. At first there was IT issues and then it was a “miscommunication “. No the girl is by herself and overwhelmed ..clearly. She knew it was time sensitive for me and she still continued to give excuses and I didn’t call her right away for an update I gave her time, this is honestly unacceptable. Moving is already frustrating as it is for someone to do this. She was efficient when it came to withdrawing my deposit from a sister site for me to apply to an apartment with her . all that for her to never process my application . The person in the front office stated THE CAMERA COULDNT SEE THAT FAR TO MY CAR BECAUSE YOU GUYS HAVE NO CAMERA IN THAT AREA! Correct you are not the police but as a management, what procedure are you taking to make sure we are SAFE? Half working cameras? A security guy that’s not really here? I’m not the first nor would I be the last this happens too! I sent Dianaly many emails about weed smell on my floor, even sent her a video of a freaking bag of weed i found on the floor, and guess what, no update. I never ever get a follow up. I’ve had a great time living at HE, no issues on my end. It’s well located, good amenities, and the management team, especially Dianaly, have been awesome! I would definitely recommend this place.
