Hunter's Run Apartments

Raggedy apartments. Save your money! They charge almost 2k and you don’t get new appliances. You get a white fridge, white stove, and endless gunshots. The green doors and the raggedy steps are just trifling. Leaks, Mold, and rude staff. Save your money! They want this to be SE so bad but hey if you love SE then this is the place for you🤣

The apartment are very old. The only time they get renovated is when people move. The walls are very thin. For the amount I'm paying they should be knock down and rebuild. After my promo ended my rent went up almost 600 in 3 years. I know the economy is bad bad but not for it to go up that much. The only reason I'm staying is because I can't afford anything else.

Having the rent go up from $1600 now to almost $2000 is to much for these apartments people are going to be homeless

Customer service of maintenance staff is great. Didn't give four stars due to a couple old and outdated cabinets. Complex pretty good, my two complaints are the old fixtures and cabinetry, especially in the bathrooms. They are in dire need of upgrade ! The other thing is the flooring. Don't know what material it is, but very cheap and low quality. It comes on a roll ! I have called a few times about it lifting up causing me to trip and to their credit, they come and replace it, but with the same material that sometimes doesn't take or adhere very well causing it to lift up. There are new areas now that have started to lift so I will be calling about those also.

They found a happy medium to save my knuckles from being skint every time I open or close the door. But the trade off is I need two keys to open my doors now. I now have a latch handle that sits away from the door opening instead of a circular knob that turns into the opening of the door. 👍🏾
