Hunters Run Apartments

Moved in to a great 2 BR. We talked with some tenants before we applied and it has turned out like they told us, quiet and nicely maintained. I understand why people have lived here for many years. There are lots of trees and plenty of parking. The office staff was very helpful and responsive from the start. There were a few items we needed resolved in the unit after we moved in though the office staff stayed on top of the tasks and maintenance has been very helpful. This has been a good find for us !

Save yourself the emotional damage and look literally anywhere else. If you enjoy chaos and confusion by a leasing office, Hunter’s Run is the place for you! Let me start by saying: I truly admire the confidence of a management team that can be this disorganized and still send emails like everything is fine. Trying to get a straight answer here is like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without instructions—possible, but you will cry. Iconic behavior, honestly. Communication? Imagine sending an email into a void and receiving a reply that contradicts the last three replies. It’s like being in a group project where everyone is guessing. BUT that's if you're even lucky to get an email back! Expect to get your appliances fixed quickly? Don’t be silly.

My wife and I have been staying here since November 2024. We are comfortable and satisfied with the amenities inside our apartment as well as outside. The rent is satisfactory given the facilities and also as compared with other apartments. Complaints regarding anything pertaining to the kitchen, bathroom or any other area in the apartment are solved promptly. The staff are friendly, polite and dedicated. Kevin, who has left recently was very impressive, and his successor, Kat, and her deputy, Mandie are awesome in their respective roles. I have been very much impressed with the performance of these two ladies since the beginning. The two new employees also seem good. China Dinavahi.

Do.Not.Rent.Here. You have been advised, now it's up to you to decide. I should have read the Google reviews before we signed the lease. Lesson learned. They've had a COMPLETE turnover of staff - no one is still in the office that was there from just a few short months ago. Forget ANY maintenance getting done inside your apartment...We've been waiting over a month for simple fixes. You can tell this place isn't well maintained. Spare yourself the headache and go next door or across the street... you'll thank me, trust me. Oh and to deceive people more, they close or "complete" work orders in their portal to make it seem like they're quickly doing maintenance, but there is still a punchlist of items not done, so here we go again waiting without any communication from their office on WHEN

Continuing to have issues with a particular neighbor who's repeatedly disturbing the community with their loud subwoofers and loud vehicle exhaust when starting up their car. This occurs at all hours of the day, early in the am and pm. My family has been woken up multiple times early in the morning ranging from 6am-7am, as well as in the evenings. It is also very distracting during the day while I'm trying to homeschool my son. I've complained to the front office directly and the tenant who's been a nuisance continues to act in the same manner with their loud music whenever they are coming or going as if they feel untouchable, despite being given multiple warnings. I've been in the community for over 7 yrs and this current issue has been ongoing for at least a month now with no real reso
