Hunters Run Apartments

Very nice, quiet, & "homey" apartment complex!! Owners have done a lot of work remodeling the units without raising the rent to crazy unaffordable prices!! The office ladies are super sweet and will help u turn one of these apartments into ur next home in any way they can!!

Did not end up going with this apartment, but the staff are so nice. Nisha, Desiree, Ahki, and Tiffany worked so hard to help us in a dire situation and worked closely with us. Only thing that kept us from going with apartment was an acceptance from another place coming sooner. Highly recommend to anybody, beautiful apartment, nice and quiet neighborhood from when I toured, and lots of space!

Hunter’s Run’s property managers Tiffany and assistants are always professional and well organized. They are a great representation of the property itself and have been a pleasure to work with during my routine pest control maintenance visits

I lived At hunters run for a total of 3 years . First 2 years I had little to no problems but then management was changed as I decided to transfer units and all hell broke loose. The day I moved in the apartment hadn’t even been cleaned and it took a couple days to get a cleaner.From the day I moved in to the day I moved out the apartment was INFESTED With ROACHES that were coming from the apartment behind me because they failed to report it to the front office . This wasn’t treated PROPERLY for a WHOLE YEAR and all of the paintings that I painted within the last 2 years DESTROYED due to the apartments negligence causing me to throw away 20+ paintings .The apartment had so many leaks and maintenance was there every month “fixing something “ in this “NEWLY RENOVATED apartment( that I was p
