Good apartments but the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they’re constantly turning the hot water off for the complex or a whole building. And it’s always when you need it the absolute most , and there’s no warning. Apparently their reasoning is because of leaks residents don’t tell them about . But I’m not sure why that would just affect the hot water and not the cold water and why it’s almost every day. Like right now it is 9:30 PM and 39° outside and I would LOVE to take a hot shower after a sweaty dance class. But guess what, HOT WATERS OFF !!

Writing as a prospective tenant who toured a place here. I'd heard good things by word of mouth and in reviews. I'm not gonna be renting here after looking at the unit. Kinda amazed at whatever the maintenance staff does to prep for a new tenant. Mold in the shower, tiles that had fallen out due to said mold deteriorating them were just super glued back on. Sliding glass door didn't lock, for some reason the main bedroom had a light switch without a light fixture or ceiling fan attached. Office staff was friendly and helpful, gave us excellent help. It seemed ok for the most part but the unit was definitely a rush job to cover up some pretty bad structural or health problems. My partner and I both had some pretty bad allergies just in the short time we were looking at the unit. Super bumme

By far my best choice in 15 years and dozens of renting experiences. Came from The Retreat, so not hard to do better. However, this 1-bd has blown all the rest out of the water! Beautiful, spacious, so many ways to customize. Application process was quick and painless. Ac went out and was fixed within 48 hours. Could have been less had i said something quicker, whereas The Retreat took SIX WEEKS. The tenants rarely pick up their dogs 💩, but the staff is on it daily! *shame on you, dog owners* This place ACTUALLY has security, where The Retreat lies and doesn't have one. Neighbors are kind and considerate, minus one or two here and there (fighting couples, typical). Water isn't shut off 2-5/wk like next door. Place is nicely insulated and wired. $100k renters insurance isn't required, thou

It’s a pretty chill apartment complex i have been here for three years now and plan on resigning my lease next month. Good for a starter apartment for sure

10/10 price, staff, maintenance, grounds, pool, all the works! And they dont have to incentivize their tenants, friends, family or lawn workers to leave false good reviews 👀 looking at you 8108 w britton
